Kale has amazing health-promoting properties. It can also perfectly protect our body against autumn colds. And what does kale taste best with?
INGREDIENTS:
(for 2 servings)
1/2 glass of water
a large handful of kale (any kind)
2 kiwis or 2 oranges
1 apple
1 flat tablespoon of chlorella powder
optional 1 tablespoon of linseed or oatmeal (a perfect option for breakfast...but maybe skipping chlorella)
Mix everything in a blender (you can add a little bit of water, depending on how thick you want the drink to be). If you prefer a bit sweeter taste, pineapple or banana can be used instead of kiwi or orange.
