INGREDIENTS:
1 Natural Yoghurt
1/2 Glass of Strawberries (could be frozen)
1/2 Glass of Cranberries (or Black Currant)
2 Tbs Cottage Cheese
1 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Barley Grass Powder,
PREPARATION:
All ingredients mix in a blender. Ready to drink.
